Hello fellow mortals, it's been a while since i last blogged. Lotsa things has happened recently but i didn't have the time to blog about them. Hmm anyway some of you might already know about this..My band and i will be the opening act for a rising artiste from Malaysia, Yuna, who is well known for her song, Dan Sebenarnya. Her concert will be held at The Arts House. Tickets are going at $25 per pax. The $18 tickets have been sold out. Only 200 seats available. Hopefully you guys can come down and check it out k. Mwah

THIS JUST IN!!
My family and i are goin to Brunei and Bangkok this Thursday for 6 Days and 5 Nights yaw'll. SIP ON THAT!! :D

Anyway, Haffiq and other COE & NFA footballers alike received their CFA bursaries at Jalan Besar Stadium last Friday. I went to support him with mama and lil'aqim. Alip and Ikram's family came too, it was nice hanging out together lah. Hee.

Last Saturday, Haffiq and i chilled around town. We had lunch with Fiqa once we arrived Orchard cos she was having her usual one hour break from work. We went window-shopping at Tangs where i was delighted to have terserempak with Acap, Eejat and Haidhar there. We also did some shopping at Ralph Lauren and Tommy Hilfiger. HAHA. Later, we met Nas and Ajam at Taka to catch up on things...From then on, we sat with my bro and his classmates and also my former teammates, Miza, Ira and Lia. Gerek uh..cos it's been some time since we all last hung out. Last but not least, Fiqa, Alip, Hakiim and Ikram tagged along..and we all went home happily ever after. Hurhur.
And yesterday my cousin got engaged but unfortunately i don't have the pics now so i can't upload em lor. I'll blog bout it soon though. Loves! ♥

Earlier today, Geylang had a game against SAF and they emerged victorious this time around by the score of 2-0. Yay!
It's Alippiez's 18th birthday and we had dinner together lah, nothing much. That bugger's goin clubbing tonight and Fiqa's not too happy about it. Hehs. IT WAS SUPERB!!
It was my first time ever to get to watch motocross live!
Fuhh...the feeling was great watching those pros' ride their scramblers, doing those death-defying stunts. They freakin did the BACKFLIP man!!
I watched the show with Haffiq n Fiqa and we sweat like pigs sia..Hurhur
And anyway, we bumped into the 'MINAH BIMBIT aka M.I.K.E (Miss i-know-everything). HUAHUAHUA
We were darn delighted to have terserempak with her there. She was even wearing a Giordano polo tee which belongs to Fiqa. Hahaha. Plus plus, she smiled at me with a sarcastic sat-sat minahrep face some more! -____________-

Last Saturday, i spent from 9am-2am(17 hrs) acting voluntarily for a '48hour international short film competition'. They didn't pay us actors cos they say short films/indie films don't have a budget or somethin. I had to act as The Journalist named Amy Yeo and the story was called 'Death by Cookie'. Mayam Waham. Hahs. Haffiq as usual sent and fetched me from the shoot. Thank you sayang! Mwahhh. Anyway i had a great time, we all did. Lotsa laughs and free food la ofcourse. Hehe ☻

Sunday, 26/04/2009.

10.30am: Haffiq fetched me, chilled for a while then took the train.
11.20am: Alip joined us from Tanah Merah MRT Station.
12pm: We met up with Fiqa at Outram Park MRT Station.
12.25am: Finally, Zai tagged along at Vivo.

It was such a pity that Zai didn't have a partner. At first, we had a number of people who insisted they'd join us but didn't turn up in the end. Zai had recently broken up with his gf and he wasn't too keen in joining us at first but with much persuasion, he decided to tag along with a motive of releasing stress and finding happiness. Well, ofcourse he did. Although he didn't get himself any chicks lah. Hurhur

The sun was scorching at first when we set foot on Sentosa but it gradually grew cloudy and dark after we swam and played some beach soccer. The rain poured so damn heavily seh. Fiqa and i didn't even have the chance to sun tan at all! -.-

And so..we had to take cover under the 'Siloso Pavilion' whereby many others seeked refuge too. Thunder and lightning boomed and striked non-stop for about 1 and a half hours. We played card games, kicked the ball around, fiqa took a short nap, ate keropok, drank green tea, everyone was waiting for the rain to stop..

Finally after all the pouring, we dipped in for the last time and took our shower before having our lunch cum dinner at Banquet-Vivo. We had a blast fo'sheezy. Can't wait for the next time we hit the beach again ♥

Last week, i went to Lasalle with Izyan cos Ain couldn't make it at the last minute. Enquired about their undergraduate programme in music and applied for it online. Then we headed to Marina Square with intentions to window shop but we coincidentally bumped into Rashid and Najat, who were chilling at Starbucks with their lappys. So we joined them, had big laughs and a good time after quite a while since we last hanged out. Heehee ☻

It's been a while since Quryati, Junaidi and me met up..to be exact, we haven't met since the last shoot of Puteri Omera..So yesterday we decided to chill out at town and catch up on things. Junaidi brought his friend, Dahlan, and i brought Haffiq along too. We had lunch at Lucky Plaza for a mouth-watering plate of ayam penyet and then we headed to the malls to do some shopping. Actually it wasn't some shopping but it was quite a lot of shopping man. Hehehe. Yeah, had lotsa fun..thanks to Junaidi for his stupid jokes and Quryati for being such a bahan kekek ♥

People, i've quit soccer. My soccer career has ended. Aku dah gantong boot. Quite unbelieveable but true uh. I'm forced to la bcos of my health condition. Most of you, especially my teammates, should know why la kan..
What to do..My lifelong passion has gotta go down the drain. Biar susah skarang, senang kemudian la orang kater..The grass is always greener on the other side..Hurhur.
But then i won't totally stop kicking balls la cos I can either kick the balls of Haffiq, pop by at nearby streetsoccer courts or play futsal at The Cage lorr..Haha
From now on, there'll be no more competitive soccer for me i guess :(

Earlier today, we had a friendly game against Meridien JC at their homeground. The game started at 5pm and I swear it was fecking hot! My feet was burning in those black puma boots. Huahuahua. Anywhooo..we thrashed them by " i did'nt manage to count - zero " **yay yay**

After the game we didn't bathe, we headed straight to Yati's family chalet at Aloha chalet n resort whereby Haffiq tagged along. Bau busok siol. Hahs. Once we reached there, we jumped into the swimming pool and did our own recovery from the game and some 'macam paham' syncronized swimming steps by Mau and Izah. Nyeahaha. Done with swimming, we took a shower and filled our empty stomachs with meegoreng n pizza and more. Had a game of cards and murderer and then we went home. That's all folks ! ^.^v

The Women's Challenge Cup has finally started, on last Saturday the 14th to be precise. We kicked off at the now defunct Braddell-Westlake secondary school against Sporting Westlake FC. Won 5-0 and we have 5 more games to go. Gotta train hard, attend more trainings to be exact. Hopefully we'll reach the finals yaww!!

Haffiq's U-18 League kicked off on the same day as ours. GeylangU18 lost to NFA16 by 1-0 though. The NFA boys took the lead when they scored a penalty. Better luck next time eagles!! :)

Yesterday, the Geylang Utd Under18 boys had a friendly match against a Japanese team at their training ground. It was a cold and wet afternoon where Farhan Musa and I watched their game at the side of the field, sitting on a windbreaker and under an umbrella.

Haffiq started off in the first half as Geylang's left back but was substituted by his coach cos he got himself a yellowcard. Then in the second half, coach Akbar gave him a chance and put him in again but this time he got himself another yellowcard which results to him being sent off cos 2 yellowcards equals to a bloody RED CARD -_______-
His tackles were obviously too aggressive la.
My boy has really gotta go for anger management. Hurhur.
Anyway, Geylang won those Japs by 9-2 :)

This year, there isn't any National Women's soccer team so we've all gotta get ourselves into clubs instead. Unfortunately, i wasn't selected to be in Young Womens FC so right now i'm playing for Middle Rangers or better known among footballers as Bishan Arsenal FC :)

Last weekend we had a 5-a-side tournament at MDIS and we emerged as CHAMPIONS!!
Weeeeheeeee!! $400 prize money siol. Sporting Westlake came in 2nd and Young Women got 3rd. Hehehe. Anyway, the Women's Challenge Cup will start on the 14th of March. I'll be playing for Middle Rangers Team A and our group consists of Arion FC, Sporting Westlake and NYPGA. Bloody hell, gotta train hard!!

The game was held at Tampines Stadium this evening. The place was packed with loads of people. My friends and i were among the many 'footballers' there who got in with complimentary tickets. Everyone was darn excited at first but in the end, the game turned out to be pretty boring. Most of our attentions towards the game turned into socializing with other fellow youth footballers. Huahuahua. The foreign team scored the first goal during the first half and the other goal in the second half but Haffiq and i only managed to watch the first goal cos we took an exit to the nearby pasar malam during half time. Hehe. Anyway, it was a lucky day for one of Haffiq's friends cos that bugger won $110 for betting on the foreigners in winning the locals by 2-0. Walawei =_____=

Haffiq's mum celebrated her 49th birthday yesterday with much happiness and had too much to eat. Huhuhu
A few days before her birthday, i joined their family for a huge dinner at Lagoon where a whole lot of seafood were stuffed into our tummies. Hehe
Yesterday, we celebrated her birthday at home with a surprise cake for her at night.
Haffiq's eldest bro, Hidayat, ordered pizza and had bought a cake for mama with his fiance.
It was really sweet to see them happy as a family.
But it was much sweeter to see how mama had enjoyed her birthday.

We had a family gathering at my aunt's place on the night of the 25th, had too much to eat. Hurhur. Glad that i finally got to meet up with my cousins, nieces and nephews whom i miss so much :)

Haffiq's family and relatives had a barbeque pit at East Coast Park on the 26th. My mum, brothers and i spent our night with them and it was really fun!
Talked and ate with them for the whole night, spent quality time with my sayang and went swimming the next morning with all of them. Super gerek! We built sand castles, played beach soccer, 2 monkeys in the middle who have to catch a pancit soccer ball, wrestling with each other on top of someone's shoulders etc. In the end of the day, we're all sunburnt :)

Woke up at 8am, met up with my bf and went over to his place. Spent my whole day sleeping over there since i've not had enough sleep. Haffiq and i planned to go out in the evening and chill with our friends who were his teammates last year, Ahmad and Haziq, cos they've been bugging him to hang out with them at CityHall after a long time not being able to meet up. After that, we wanted to chill with my teammates at town whereby Ira, Miza, Bec and also Yong had planned. In the end, Ahmad and Haziq wanted to watch Ong Bak 2 at downtown east. Kering sia! =____=

So...Haffiq and i decided to paitao both parties and tag along his family to Tampines swimming complex instead. Hehehe. His dad drove us there with his humungous lorry whereby we camwhored as per normal on the way to our destination. It was damn gerek seh, although we didn't swim lah. Hurhur. We took loads of stupid pictures again, camwhored like there's no tomorrow sia. Hahas.

After that, we went for dinner with my family at Changi. Ayam penyet lah, standard procedure.
Hehe. Terserempak with some people i didn't favour much though. Whatever it is, i had a great time with my babylove and i can't wait for this coming 19th January with him! WeEeEeEeEeEeEe!!

I spent the whole day at town yesterday with my beloved Nango's as usual. From 3.30pm till 10.30pm to be exact. I met Roihan and Miza (Dogg & Pisangsteen) first. We went for lunch and then slacked whereby Skudai and Naim arrived before the others. Later that evening as we slacked at Taka, Ira, Mamat, Bec and Bear came to complete the gathering. I swear it was fun. For all those times, we shared soooooo many jokes that our stomachs could've laughed themselves out! Seriously, it was damn gerek. Unfortunately, Haffiq and Yong weren't there with us...Boohoohoo**

I watched Twilight the movie with Haffiq earlier today and i'd say that it was a good one. Totally awesome. Now i wish i were a vampire rather than a princess. Hahs. Edward Cullen and Isabella Swan, played by Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson, were the shit man! I thought the movie was gonna be a serious one but it turned out to be kinda funny instead, and it could be soo touching that i almost cried at one point. Well you guys should go catch the movie soon lah. ^^

Gerek nak mampos! Hehehe. Spent 5 hours playing futsal at an artificial-grassed court at Tiong Bahru. The place is exactly like any other neighbourhood streetsoccer court but this one is made of artificial grass! WOW! It's like "The Cage" but without any shelter and it's FREE! Huahuahua. If only Tampines had one. Hmmm....*

Earlier today, Mamat, Bear, Ira, Bec, Miza, Haffiq and i had a little picnic at Pasir Ris beach. Talking cock as usual, we stayed there for hours till the sun went down. It's been a while since i last set foot on the beach and it was such a chore for Haffiq to even be at Pasir Ris cos he had reasons for why he hates the place so much. Hurhurhur. FUYOHH! Last night was the bomb man! Haha. Hafawati ( Farhan musa's gf) and i were the only girls who attended the Geylang United party at their clubhouse. Geylang's coaches, Prime league, Under18 and Under16 boys were there too. Betol nye bahan dok. At first malu-malu kucing macam budak2 tiong, in the end perangai kecoh mee rebos! :D

Karaoke-ed with Guntur, one of those good looking prime league guys. Nyeahaha. And i had a freakin long game of pool with Eejat cos both of us suck at it (but i suck more). After the whole celebration we all didn't know where to go. In the end we split, whereby some went to dhoby ghaut while some of us went to lepak at Tampines instead. We took loads and loads of pictures using Dominique's camera. Totally flooded with shitty faces! Hahaha. Really had a wonderful time with the Geylang Boys uhh. GUFC ARGHHH!!!

Yoohoo! I'm back from Kl after 13 days kickin balls over there. Hehe. Although we did badly, we had a great experience with regards to both soccer and socially. I managed to get my spot in the first eleven of my team for 4 games, played as a right midfielder all the way. CAN DIE SIA! haha.

We made friends with the Koreans, Vietnamese and Thai footballers at the hotel. They made our stay there ever so enjoyable! I just freakin miss Nare, LeeSaeYum, Thu, Nidnoi and Sajn. Just feel like crying when i remenisce the times we all had together. Atleast i found a piece of happiness being with them, since my relationship with Ramadhan seems to go downhill everyday. :(

Reality check, i'm back in Singapore and i've to go on with my life. hurhur. Gonna have exams next week, gonna start recording at the studio for the OST of a malay show on Suria and gonna be training with Young Women too..BUSY BUSY BUSY..Haizzzzzzz

THE CAGE.

Eversince last week, i've been playing soccer every single day. If it's not for my trainings, i'd either be playing futsal or streetsoccer. Tulang kering sampai bengkak, groin sampai strain, my whole body is aching now. Haha. My friends and i played at The Cage for 4 freakin hours yesterday. Berpeloh sampai kering dok! huahua.

I had training just now, coach trained on our fitness as per normal. Bloody hell, could've had an asthma attack! My team received our new training kit and whatsoever for our AFC trip to KL and i swear the humungous sports bag was darn heavy! Anyway, we're gonna have a friendly game tomorrow at Teacher's Network aka Grange road against Ang Mo Kio FC, formerly known as Bishan Arsenal though. Come and watch la if you're free, 7pm yaw. Nyeahahs. This will be our last friendly game before we head to KL for AFC this sunday. I'm so excited liao!! Woohoo!!

Yesterday i spent my day at Skudai, Taman Seri Pulai Perdana to be exact. My family and i went to visit my grandma, my dad's mum, for hari raya. It was freakin great cos i got to meet my cousins whom i barely get to meet in a year. Absolutely wonderful. We had big laughs and a big feast. Everyone mainly wanted to gobble up on my grandma's superb 'Ayam masak merah'. Haha. Sadly, i didn't get to meet my sayang who was also out with his family for hari raya..But it's ok la, it's not everyday that i spend time with my relatives anyway. All is good yaw! :)

Yesterday night was soo much fun at my aunt's place. Too much food to eat and too much money to collect. haha. In the end i had $90 only. Walaowei..
My cousins and i took lotsa pictures and shared each other's secrets, gerek giler siol! hahs.
And then at around 9pm, my song was played on Suria for the "Raya Suraya" show. Kecoh mee rebus! Makcik2 aku la yang paling kecoh, kalau boleh nak bilang sume jiran2 and colleague2 dorang yang aku ni anak sedare dorang. hahaha

YESSAR!! We won NUS by 4-1. bahek bahek. hehehe. Serve them right ahh, want a rematch so much. Hmm we played a darn good game just now. I was one of the first eleven, played as an attacking midfielder only during the first half. I'm not satisfied by my performance just now but i'm glad i assisted my strikers with their many attempts in scoring. It was great that my whole team was given a chance to play, even at the last 10 mins. heehee. Credits to Nadiah, "women of the match". Hopefully we'll have more succeses to come. Under-19 Yeayuhh! :D

THE DEBUT PERFORMANCE.

I was sooo nervous at first but it took me a while to get used to the pressure by the audience and my bandmates ofcourse. I was so afraid that my voice would "terkehel" or get screwed up at any point of time while i was singing cos i had sore throat mahh...

It started at 7.30pm and i was really glad some of my friends and family came. Thanks soo much to Acap, Eejat, Haidhar, Epan, Ramadhan, Firdaus, Mary, Naim, Skudai, Kak dila, Kak ana, Abang ajib and whoever i didn't mention but was present at our performance. I appreciate it alot!!

On the other hand, my team lost to NYP by 1-0. Tough luck uh. It's ok babes, we'll kick some ass for our next game. Bila bila singapura! huahuahuahua...*

Yoohoo! Yesterday was a super great day for me and my team cos we won 1-0 against NUS. WOOHOO! hehehe. So far we've won 3 out of 5 games and we've got 6 more games to go. I wasn't the first 11 but i came in 10 mins before halftime, taking the position of my captain and as the usual striker. I was the "super substitute" cos i scored the goal in the 2nd half. heehee. The feeling was great cos we were desperate to get a goal in. When my fellow striker took a shot, the keeper managed to punch the ball away but lucky for me, i was at the perfect position to shoot the 2nd ball. Initially, i was at the right place and at the right time. It was a great comeback for me cos i've been out for the last 2 games due to my knee injury. Hopefully, we'll keep on winning cos champions never quit! :)

This is the face of a lethargic girl waiting for her acoustic rehearsal at the studio. Haiss...the appointment was supposedly at 7pm but my guitarist was asleep in the studio so he didn't answer any of my calls or messages till around 7.30pm..BINGET!!. But it's ok though, i understand he had a hard day at work...

That's a sneak preview of the recording studio at Greendoor studios. Hehe. And i ofcourse was still waiting for the rehearsal to be started as you can see. hurhur.

Ahh...that's Mary. Maryam Nasihah to be exact. hahaha. Patiently waited for my rehearsal to end. 2 hours ok! Jiwer orang kata...hmm...

Dah lepas rehearsal bukan nak balik tau ni anak dara! hurhur. Sempat lepak kat playground la pulok..It was a last minute plan though. Had 8 missed calls from my dear friends while i was having my rehearsal. Check-check setakat nak ajak lepak pasal dorang dah takde plan. Ni la orang kata teman sejati ehh..hahs.
